T Slot Clamp
BUILT TO LAST: Solid steel T slot bolt, a heavy-duty plastic knob with brass threads, and an anodized aluminum drill press hold down clamp bar provide strength, durability, and longevity to this T slot clamping kit; T bolt features 3-1/2 inch (8.9 cm) length to allow for a 0 to 2-1/2 inch (0 to 6.4 cm) working range. For repetitive workholding, mount these clamps to T-slotted framing to hold and release parts. Clamps have an open arm, so you can move the holding screw to any position along the arm. Here you can find our T-slot plates produced from steel and cast aluminum, and accessories such as clamps and T-slot nuts. Cast aluminum T-slot plates: Tolerance/Precision: +/- 0.01 mm /200 mm. T-Slot Toe Clamps This clamp is similar the Compact Toe Clamp, only it is designed to be used in the T-slots of machine tables. It provides 4,000 lbs. (17800 N) positive down force while maintaining a low profile. The hardened steel clamping element has both a smooth surface for machined workpieces and a serrated clamping surface for rougher work.
Note: These T-slot clamps are especially useful for clamping low profile workpieces. The wedge operated jaws also provide positive down force. Dimensions “H1” and “X” depend on the max. T-slot depth acc. To achieve the minimal clamping height by the minimal slot depth, the jaw can be ground down by the dimension “X”.
