Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (a.k.a. – “Bronx Bolshevik”) compared human babies to dogs born in litters for sale by animal breeders while making the case for paid family leave. Ocasio-Cortez lamented. Pet owners and Democrats found common ground to rejoice on National Love Your Pet Day when an old video of the New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez being adored by her dog resurfaced on the internet. In a short video, Cortez could be seen being lovingly tackled by a leashed dog who just runs at her she sits by the road, talking on the phone. Donald Trump Jr. Used Instagram to attack Rep.-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) on Thursday. President Donald Trump ’s eldest son shared a meme featuring photographs of his father and Ocasio-Cortez, 29, which suggested that her progressive policies would result in Americans having to eat dogs. Ocasio-Cortez represents the eastern side of the Bronx as well as a region in the north and middle of Queens. Norman's video is just the latest internet sensation moment for Ocasio-Cortez.

Daily Wire Editor-in-Chief Ben Shapiro responded in hilarious fashion to a tweet from Socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Monday after the 29-year-old former bartender claimed that she President Donald Trump from her years working in bars.

“I bartended for *years* in New York City,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted in response to Trump blowing off a question from a reporter about a comment she made. “I understand guys like this like the back of my hand. We got under his skin.”

Ocasio-Cortez’s tweet was in response to Trump reacting to her recently calling him a racist.

“Mr. President, congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez called you a racist,” a reporter said to the president on Monday as he was preparing to leave on a trip to New Orleans.

“Who did?” Trump asked.

“Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez,” the reporter shouted back.

“Who cares?” Trump said, dismissing the question.

The reporter’s question originated from an interview that Ocasio-Cortez did over a week ago with Anderson Cooper on CBS News’ “60 Minutes.” Ocasio-Cortez’s comment was made in the following exchange:

Anderson Cooper: One of the criticisms of you is that— that your math is fuzzy. The Washington Post recently awarded you four Pinocchios—

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: Oh my goodness—

Anderson Cooper: —for misstating some statistics about Pentagon spending?

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: If people want to really blow up one figure here or one word there, I would argue that they’re missing the forest for the trees. I think that there’s a lot of people more concerned about being precisely, factually, and semantically correct than about being morally right.

Anderson Cooper: But being factually correct is important—

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: It’s absolutely important. And whenever I make a mistake. I say, “Okay, this was clumsy.” and then I restate what my point was. But it’s— it’s not the same thing as— as the president lying about immigrants. It’s not the same thing, at all.

Anderson Cooper: You don’t talk about President Trump very much.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: No.

Anderson Cooper: Why?

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: No. Because I think he’s a symptom of a problem.

Anderson Cooper: What do you mean?

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: The president certainly didn’t invent racism. But he’s certainly given a voice to it and expanded it and created a platform for those things.

Anderson Cooper: Do you believe President Trump is a racist?

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: Yeah. Yeah. No question.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: (CHUCKLE) When you look at the words that he uses, which are historic dog whistles of white supremacy. When you look at how he reacted to the Charlottesville incident, where neo-Nazis murdered a woman, versus how he manufactures crises like immigrants seeking legal refuge on our borders, it’s— it’s night and day.

In response, the deputy White House press secretary said, “Cong. Ocasio-Cortez’s sheer ignorance on the matter can’t cover the fact that President Trump supported and passed historic criminal justice reform…” and “… has repeatedly condemned racism and bigotry in all forms.”
