The B features large tower rooms that sleep up to 5 comfortably.

Located in Lake Buena Vista, B Resort & Spa in the Disney Springs Resort Area™ is on the Strip, a 4-minute drive from Disney Springs® and 14 minutes from SeaWorld® Orlando. B Hotel Disney

We recently stayed at the B, and were exceptionally impressed with the friendly staff, fun design touches and the overall level of comfort. Walking into the clean white lobby with its colorful, comfortable chairs and “living room” seating areas, we were struck by a feeling of cool relief from the Florida heat and humidity. There really is nothing else like it in the area; the closest Disney hotel comparison in terms of décor might be the Contemporary, but you’ll find the rates to be much much lower.

Dining Options

B Resort and Spa has several dining options, and Disney Springs is a few minutes’ walk or drive down the street, providing easy access to a huge complex of restaurants and entertainment including House Of Blues, Rainforest Cafe, and much more.

B Resort Disney Springs Florida

American Kitchen Bar and Grill* is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s a contemporary take on classic American “comfort food” with an industrial, farmhouse-chic vibe. The showpiece of the restaurant is a 1950s cherry-red, Ford F1 pickup truck. The bed of the truck has been replaced with a very cool “flatbed” where you can get an exceptionally good buffet at breakfast. The buffet is a bit pricey at $23 for adults and $10 for children (9 and under) but if you are hungry, it is well worth it. We recently dined there for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed their innovative ‘farm to table’ dishes from locally-sourced Florida farms and their own living garden. The fried avocado with tomato relish, and sweet onion and kale flatbread were delicious.

Next to the restaurant’s dining area is the bar, serving unique and innovative cocktails in a stylish atmosphere.

The Pickup* features a full coffee bar with pastries, croissants, muffins and doughnuts as well as light lunch fare and a full-service ice cream shop with dipped cones and banana splits alongside a selection of chips, sweets and snacks. In addition to commonly-available beverage brands, The Pickup carries an array of unusual non-alcoholic beverages such as bottled black coffee, old-fashioned Dad’s Root Beer and more. There is also a small selection of sundries and merchandise. Open daily from 7:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight).

A poolside bar and grill* serves light meals and drinks. In-room dining is also available.

You Should Know

When you enter your room, you’ll find a cute plush tree frog sprawled on your bed. His name is “Benson B Frog,” and he’s the mascot of the “B Humane” program, which focuses on wildlife conservation and protection. If you choose to purchase Benson, part of the proceeds benefit the Wildlife Foundation of Florida. Special note for parents: if you know your child is likely to get “attached” to Benson and you’d prefer to avoid that, you might want to slip into the room first and tuck him out of sight.

Walt Disney World has temporarily suspended the FastPass+ program and is replacing Extra Magic Hours with an Early Theme Park Entry program. It is unknown at this time when the 60-day advance Disney FastPass+ option will resume. The Extra Magic Hours program was recently discontinued and is being replaced with an Early Theme Park Entry program sometime in 2021. The start date for this program has not yet been announced. The Early Theme Park Entry program will allow guests with WDW tickets who are staying at the B Resort and Spa (and other WDW and Disney Springs hotels and resorts) to enter any of the four main theme parks 30 minutes before official opening.

“We were able to stay at the B Resort and Spa for one night from a link in your newsletter with a discount, waived resort fees and an upgrade to Captivating Queen.

With all of those discounts, I didn’t expect the hotel to be much. IT WAS AMAZING!!!

We don’t have a family of 5, but we do have opposite gender teens who refuse to share a bed. Having a third sleeping area is now essential. My son commented that the pull out bed was the most comfortable he had ever slept on. I must confess that I never sleep the first night of a vacation. But at the B Resort, I fell right asleep on their comfortable beds. We also loved being able to walk to Disney Springs.

When we moved on to Yacht Club the next day, all 9 in our party commented that next time we would happily stay at B Resort instead. Thank you for such a great newsletter and helpful recommendations!”
